The Tea Room

Mill of Benholm Visitor Centre & Tearoom

We take great pride in the standard of catering at the Benholm Mill tearoom. As well as the normal selection of teas, coffees and sandwiches, we offer a regularly changing menu of homemade, nourishing and tasty soups, fresh baking and snacks, all prepared with great care and attention to detail, and served to you fresh from the kitchen by our warm and friendly part-time and volunteer staff.

We are open from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10:00 and 2.00pm, and can even make special arrangements to cater for passing groups of walkers, cyclists, tourists, visitors and locals.

On a sunny day you can sit and enjoy your food at an outdoor table, while enjoying the quiet country atmosphere, with the trill of the birds, and the sound of the mill wheel turning.

We particularly welcome groups.

~ THE TEAROOM IS OPEN MON TO SAT 10 until 2.30pm SPRING SEASON ~

• HOME MADE SOUP OF THE DAY £3.00 with homemade bread
• Baked potatoes with a selection of fillings including tuna mayonnaise, prawns in Marie Rose sauce or chicken mayonnaise.
• Selections of panini's and toasties served with fresh salad, coleslaw and crisp garnish.
• There are quiches, stovies, lasagne or other specials on offer ranging from £3.95 to £4.95
• A vast range of tea's, coffee's, cappuccinos and latte's priced from £1.20 - £2.00

We also have prepacked cakes and scones to take away
